Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACE — Artist Control Engine platform ("ACE", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ACE provides voiceprint enrollment, audio-fingerprint detection, and rights-management tooling that helps managers and rights-holders monitor and act on suspected unauthorized uses of an artist's voice. Detection results are advisory and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of infringement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may only enroll voiceprints for artists you are authorized to represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including enrolling biometric data without authorization, attempting to circumvent detection thresholds, or using the platform to harass or impersonate any person.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the audio, voiceprints, and roster data you submit. You grant ACE a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content.

5. Decisions and enforcement

Licensing, dismissing, or escalating a detection is your decision. ACE records these actions for your audit trail but is not responsible for enforcement outcomes with third-party platforms.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
